it was epic fail. the "holding hands" is like a handshake. ( i was 19. very newbie ). but i refuse to let go. i carry on all the way until the door of the restaurant...


although it was airconditioned, i was sweating. too kan cheong already. butterflies in the stomach.

雪 pull off her hand. it was only then i realise my hands are sweating too.i thought to myself; alamak epic fail number two liao.

out of a sudden, i felt something cold on my forehead. 雪 face was very near to me. it is the first time i seen her up close. and so clear. ( just now no wear specs mah ). it was as if i was given a series of stone cold stunners by the texas rattle snake. me head is spinning. my eyes were out of focus. the sorrunding noise is a blur. 雪 was wiping off my sweat with a cold tissue...

swee is the first word. swee is also the last. my mind can only think of the word "swee"...

her looks is not exactly super model but she emits the radiance of a young and carefree elf. she would look like an elf too if her ears are pointy. a casual fringe rested across her face. i raised my hand to brush off her fringe, still in a dream like state. when.....

my heart and mind woke up as if someone dunk my head into cold water.

dinner was uneventful. althought strange looks were throw at me from the rest of the group which i shrug off. the only significant thing that i remember was the first course. a plate of bread. mind you. the only western food that i eat is hawker centre western food. so this plate of bread is simply not my friend. and i am not the plate of bread friend either. 雪 saw that i am not comfortable, she took one piece of bread and pour some oil on it ans pass to me. ( ok lah... i swa ku. can?? )

more strange looks were throw at me. can feel the balukus sprouting out of my forehead. nnb gu niang. something strange is going on.....

main course is roast chicken. manage to impress all of them with my superb deboning skill. i also gentlemanly debone 雪 chicken before debone mine. 雪 did not feed me though...

dessert time. after the initial round of fire of asking my name, the rest of the question come fast and furious. i begin to feel that i was interogated for the CEO position of a MNC. they serm to be very interested to find out what was my relationship with 雪， how long we are together, what level are we now.... etc.

a simple answer of " you want me to demostrate infront of all of you ah" shut them up and set some of the girls giggling.

after the dinner, i told them that 雪 and me going to cathy to walk abit. initially judo girl and cuan follow us. after some sarcastic comments about the evils of double dating, i route them to takashimaya area which is somewhat opposite of our location.

雪 and me walked to cathay macdonalds and miraculously manage to find a seat outside. ( old timers will surely remember this place. (wink)

me : so how? my skill can or not?

i drinking from a single cup of strawberry milkshake. ( ..|.. to those who say guys cannot drink strawberry )

雪 : ok lah.

i just grab 雪 hand and hold it properly. purposely unlocking her fingers and then interlock with mine.

me : but i think your friends got suspect me....

雪 : why leh...

me : you never feed me mah. not loving to me.

雪 ： ehhh

me : so not my fault ah ... if they find out....

雪 ：( silent )

me : actually just now if we hold hand like this. and you sit like this ( slid my left arm over her waist ) they sure believe.

雪 ： don't like this. here got alot of people....

me : u ask me to pretend to be your boyfriend one. i just analysing the situation to you.

by now i can smell a very nice flower smell from her hair. til now i don't know what smell is that....

me : your hair smell very nice. what is it?

雪 ： its shampoo

me : next three date can i hold you like this or not? i don't know why but i like this smell very much

雪 ： ok ( in a small voice )

as i begin to take in the second whiff of her hair, was interupted by a voice :

judogirl : 雪琴， i found you already. lets go. i want to go home!

i was like. WTF!!!

i can only see helplessly 雪 left my side. the feeling was that you waited two hours at a two star michelin restaurant and the steak has arrive. one minute later the waiter take away the steak, telling you ranjiao excuse that the steak is contaminated with 三鹿 milk powder and you cannot eat it.

helplessness quickly turn to tu lan. tu lan turn into anger when i see ah chuan face.

i swear to the strawberry miljshake that i will pay judo girl pay!!!

chuan : sorry leh. she all of a sudden get angry with me. want to go home.

me: what happen? you hold her hand?

chuan : no leh

me : you squeeze her neh neh ??

by now, anger is cooling down. ran jiao also cooling down. i let out a loud sigh and continue ti drink my milkshake

( i choke on my milkshake )

me : you ranjiao lang. where got people ask this question one!!! no wonder she angry lah!!!

chuan : she not angry at this leh.

me : then what she angry at? angry at you ask her if she virgin or not ah? hahaha gu niang you. hahah....
