From my experience, if a girl has a good internet connection, and can chat continuously, she is using a data line - not cheap - most likely you are chatting with a HE or a pimp setting up deals

I don't know about Picasso, but, what is your fear about registration ?

It is a safety measure, so to say, and those hotels on the ball will call the customer before the girl leave the premises, than you accuse somebody of stealing stuff

As for safety of girls, well, I never had any girls trying to steal stuff, but that also is due the fact I avoid skanks. Or dodgy girls, and am a bit wary in fishing on wechat etc.

i have stayed at Picasso on and off before. and the short and sweet answer is YES, no problems at all!









like etsys said, it is in a nice location but to me, super BORING !!!!! i much prefer Malate vs Makati . Makati reminds me too much of blardi Spore ...hehe
