I just got back from yangon a few days back. I went around to the spas I used to go but most of them closed down already. so sad. here is the few updates.

- Hotel 63: no more spa
- Hotel Amro: no more spa
- Hotel Grand Mee Yat Hter: still have spa. a bit expensive: 1 hour 23,000 Kyats, extra range from 15,000 Kyats onwards.
- Hotel Excel Treasure: still have massage. it's the clean massage. need to change into the dress they provide. The girl I tried called: Phyo Phyo. she just turned 18 years old. small size and cute. But the strength and massage is excellent. 1 section: 10,000 Kyats
- Hotel Decent: also have to change into the dress they provide. But this hotel is not clean one. If you opt for 2 sections, one section is for massage and another section is for the things u want to do . Girl I tried called Paing Paing, age 19, small size, face not very good, massage is very good. well shaved and no smell. I sucked her untill she came 2 times before my didi going in... but you cannot be so direct like in singapore. they are normally shy and need to pursuit them to get started. 1 hour section: 8000 Kyats. extra range from 20,000 kyats onward. U need to nego with the girl.

Exchange rate good for last week

1) at the airport upon arrival
1USD to 857 kyat
1 SGD to 688 kyat

2) at the money changer at central hotel (10am to 3pm) close from 12 to 1pm
1USD to 855 kyat
1 SGD 680 kyat

3) the money changer opposite trader hotel along the roadside( 7am to 9pm)
1USD to 855 kyat
1 SGD 680 kyat

I think if I change SGD to USD in Singapore and use USD to change to Kyat in Myanmar I can get more kyat

Would like to share a FR on the "decent" hotel as mentioned above.
This massage is available on 2 floors (level 6 and 7). According to the girls there, both floor is the same.

When you first arrive, boy at the counter will ask for your preference of the room. Please note that if you choose the 4,000 Kyat/hr package, you will have to share the room with other customers. So please opt for the 8,000 kyat/hr package.I guess i was pretty lucky to get a 1/2 chi burmese so she's pretty fair.

My ratings on this place:
Massage : 6/10
BJ : None
FJ : 6/10 (note that the rooms are partition by thin wooden walls, so dont expect the girls to be too adventurous. it took me quite some effort to convince the fully strip. go imagine)
GFE : 7/10
Total Damage:
2 hours room - 16,000 Kyats
FJ - 20,000 Kyats
Total - 36,000 Kyats (Aprox 53SGD)

However,
this place is not too convienient if you cant speak basic burmese. Parking is pretty hard to get too.

it depends on individual i say.

S/T hotel is increasing in terms of price but decreasing in terms of availability.
Some may prefer to choose their own meat but some may just take whatever is available to them..

Overall a very good experience.
NEver see such scene of Model fashion show of girls on a big stage and just pick from there to bonk..

US100 for a model like to bonk 1 night,, where to find...
