Just add my experience, I met some myanmer working in SG also, may be becos of their closed economy, the gals may be simplier than PRC.

I have a fren went out with a PRC colleague for some times, later married. Within 2-3 years they lived like normal couples and have 2 kids. The lady got her PR recently, the tail immediately comes out, moved out of the house, left my fren with the kids, asked for divorce and maintenance.

I think this is the best reply I've seen so far. There is no such thing as a bad people. There are bad apples in every barrel. There are whiny, scheming, materilistic, promiscuous Sg girls, as there are bad girls from Hong Kong, Australia, Korea, Japan, USA, and any damn country you can think of. The question is not whether she's a PRC, but her true character and her history and background.

I think TS needs to know her better beyond his occasional trips to Beijing. Maybe spend more time with her before deciding. And I think the background and activities check by PI is not a bad idea.

Imagine they have to get their dinner everyday in the foodcourt. I also have a friend that divorce his Singapore wife and marry a PRC girl, and later regret, after the PRC girl revealed her true colors.

So far, I've not heard of any success stories, and this is a big concern. While I love my girlfriend, I don't know if I will regret later, especially wth our age difference. I jus like to hear from bros who have PRC wives to share their views here. Many thanks.

Majority are not trustworthy, after getting PR, they will said bye bye to you. My younger brother had married a PRC gal from Beijing, but after 2 years, started to reveal her true colour, asking for divorce and maintainance fees...

Thai gal are better choice as thailand is a Buddhism country. Those belief in Buddha are normally kind hearted person. This is my personal opinion.

I beg to defer. Regardless of PRC, Thai, Indon gals, there bound to be some black sheep. My nephew married a Thai gal when she was about 7 mths pregnant. After birth of the child, their started divorce proceedings bec he found out that she betrayed his trust.

Another, friend of mine married an Indon Chinese Gal from Medan. She started showing her colours after 8 months of marriage. I understand that they just got divorced recently just after 2 years of marriage. Same thing also happened to another friend of mine who married a PRC.
