Kofa do not actually ask for any specific amount. We pay him base on our liang xin. His car need petrol, he need to survive, he need to spend time with you, he need to appear in front of you anytime you call. Even you hop on to an ojek, you may not save much and you are on a motorcycle. I am in a car.
