even a common topic doesnt last long.

start to think is there anything wrong with me? i knw im not pretty or young enough
maybe to attend a outing was a wrong choice for me.

Want to learn how to play MJ as well ...

Played MJ on computer most of the time, hence do not know how to start at all.

But through out the game I do know how to game though.

It has got nothing to do with any of those you mentioned... If you want to compare age, I'm most probably the oldest among all of you...

You just need to mingle and strike up conversations with those who attended the gatherings and I'm sure in no time, you will find many common topics to talk to the people around you...
