bro, take taxi from penang to danok will cost you a boom. cost probably around Rm150 if i am not wrong.
Not sure where danok got taxi go hatyai or not. But you can take van from danok to hatyai. only 55baht. Quite regular.

You may get the taxi to Hatyai from Duty free area, the price should be RM60-RM70.(will confirm it for you). Sometime you can negotiate the price with taxi driver especially on weekday. As recommended by our Prince, take van(at 7-evelen) to Hatyai is quite convenience and cheap.

Penang to Danok.....they charge RM300 as they claims coming empty car. (taxi)

Yep...that is the correct price!
Or may opt for the van as mentioned.....!But must wait until full load before they take off....10 people (min) to a van excluding driver.
Or chartered a car, they take off whenever you are ready and no sharing with strangers....! (600 bahts). They come down from Haaydai to pick you up!
