If it's a girl from 2062, I think you could be talking about

An Na- 1.70cm, Fair

Other tall girls at 2062 are:

Yeh Zhi- 1.67cm, Fair, Orangey golden brown hair

Dan Dan- 1.64cm, fair, long straight light gold coloured hair

If from 2041, most of them quite short leh... unless it's one of the noobs but unlikely I think.
