Many framed cases in singapore esp in regards to molest/rapes etc ( anything to do with girls )

many years ago, I had a girlfriend whom i loves a lot. ended up she was on the phone with another man every other night.. even went to his house kena fucked by him in her school uniform.

ended up one day i found out by chance and force her to say. She claimed she kena raped and molested by the man ( she followed him home )

forced her to make a police report. a week later, she confessed that she lied to keep me as her boyfriend. poor man already interrogated and almost charged in court.

I quickly brought her to the same police station and claimed that she dont want to pursue. the case was dropped. it was never a case in the first place.

of course, i fucked this bitch last time in my house, shot 3 times without a condom into her and dumped her.

those were the days where we learnt.

For the poor man, really sorry dude! well at least he dont have to go to jail like many other poor souls

Most of the time when the lawyer tells the client to plead guilty is because the client dont have the money to fight the case. If the client has the money the lawyer will surely fight. Got money who dont want.

Whether the lawyer win or lose, he also got money to collect. For your info, the lawyer is a family friend for many years, and my friend father quite well off, why do you think the gal's mother got the cheek to demand for money?

I find your case rather strange. There must be some salient facts omitted from your post.

In sexual offences which are rather easy to alleged, the court cannot convict an accused purely on the complaint of the victim. It is a requirement of the law that the complaint must be corroborated by other independent evidence. Further, it is the burden of the prosecution to prove that the sexual intercourse was without the consent of the victim. The burden is not on the accused to prove that there was consent. It is therefore, strange that your friend's lawyer had advised him to plead guilty because he cant prove that the act was consensual. The burden is simply not on the accused. Since you are 3 other friends were willing to testify for your friend, your friend's defence had more than a decent chance of succeeding.

When did I say that the lawyer asked him to plead guilty? The lawyer said can fight, but he's not confident, the chances are 50-50. That's why my fren's father agreed to pay the ger's mother and she discontinued pressing charges. He never said; "plead guilty, you sure lose one, wash your backside clean clean and prepare to be someone's bitch."
