When you are posted out after your "BMT" ( most probably 2-4 weeks time ) to a more sedentary environment such as SPD or Tanah Merah etc, there is a good chance of wanking but as some forummers have said, you will keep thinking about your family, friends and Singapore mainland rather than want to wank.
Actually the answer to this topic is the same as smoking. No, you cant smoke in prison but seem that many seasoned prisoners have suppressed their needs extremely well.
Nowdays Singapore is not like in the 1990s where prisoners are allowed to smoke. Last time, gangs are so organised that prison wardens are part of their sydicates. They can even smuggle drugs inside the prisons through many means and channels.. nowadays its impossible to even get a handphone even with warden's help.

In QRP, you are basically in a cell the size of a HDB storeroom with 3 other inmates...locked up for 23 hours a day. how to PCC? the only thing you'll do there is to sleep as much as possible.
Only way to do it privately is unless u r being tried for murder or some serious offences, then u will get a cell to yourself.
