Yes there are. Over at villa. 12A saw 3 syts.

I will be going to tg.Balai this sat. As i am a newbie there, can i have your opinion on there?

I read this thread and i saw about ruko and villa, so which one is better? At the same time, i heard that there is a karaoke session there. Can i know the price?

Need your guidance on this..

Above are just my opinion bro. But one thing for sure gone are the days u get cheap stocks at RP200k and below.

Nowadays average 600K and above. So need to bargin. But was offered one at 400K @ Ruko though. Good in good massages but looks/body 1/10.

If u want SYTs go villa. If u on budget and MILF lover go Ruko. Depend on your taste. Anyway both joints are not that far apart @ 10 mins walk to one another.
