In any case, the ICA may find it difficult to refuse entry to the LB as most of them come from Asian countries and there is no proof that they are LBs, albeit that they are effeminate. Judging by what the authorities have done in the past with entry it's like king69 says. They adopt a close one eye attitude, then just like a gardener, when the bushes start getting too thick they come in and start trimming the bushes.

Bro King69 is quite correct in his explanation of how the LBs enter Singapore. I spoke to a few LB and here's what they tell me:
