Govt Land Acquisition Act is a very powerful legislation. Now we have more resources like money & time. If the gov dun like the price perceived to be too high to pay, then it can create the conditions that cause the valuation to be low. The property owners then have to spit smelly saliva (pui chao nua). Worst hit will be the senior citizen owners as they look forward to money for medical expenses. They swoop in when there is an economic downturn.

this place still holds fond memories in my heart.
it was the 1st few places which got me started out in TN.
anyone still remember the 1/2 ball MILF who used to operate in a shop juz beside the indian 4D shop? she was the one who was scantily clad n givin 1/2 ball most of the time.

fresh lady. There is one at second floor. Now.
