These has been around for many many years already...... but HDB is a bit risky as usually most neighbours are around on sundays when the maid off day..... those kaypoh ones may report if see too many different couples coming / going from the unit.
A safer place would be those pre-war shophouses where it is shop downstairs and living quarters upstairs. Msny shops dun have live workers anymore and those rooms upstairs are often leased out. There are some that rent out on short term basis including hourly.
This sound interesting but I'm a bit skeptical though. Not sure if anyone install any hidden camera. Not ready get famous in this way.

I know that there are room rental in the HDB estate that goes by the hours.
