If one goes thinking marrying a Sing girl, you are simply marrying her and not her problems and family problems as well, then I beg to differ. I do agree as all cheongsters comes in contact with working ladies only, what we see is all money grubbers Thai gals at their best. On a different note many are force into the trade for a chance of survival of getting a better life, I don’t presume they get into the trade for the love of sex. What KC they can offer is what we willing to buy, if one is even willing to empty his pockets for them then basically I would say it is up to each and individual.

Perhaps if we take a closer look at the Thai people, they are a status conscious group where monetary ability is used to judge one’s capability rather than one’s character. Come on, let’s face it, even Singaporeans do the same thing, perhaps at a more discreet level but that does not mean that we view all same and equal.

A thai gal brought me to see her parents and almost her entire extended family (as it was Loy Krathong festival). What does it mean?

I also got to stay a night at her kampong house.

Also, she does not like me to kiss her on her mouth even when we are alone. Is it part of the Thai culture or that she don't really like me at all? It's just that I like kissing but I would have to compromise if kissing is not part of Thai culture.

I was also paiseh when a large part of her family saw me off at the airport (it was a good 3 hrs ride early morning to the airport).

Actually she is a WL and that's how I got to know her. During my stay, she never ask me for money, not even petrol money but I of course gave her some to cover the necessary expenses. I never bought anything expensive for her family members. Just 2 bottles of red wine and a toy car for her son.

It's a complicated thingy because she has a son and another adopted son, her ex-husband deserted her 2 years ago. I guess that she does not want another relationship or at least will treat my approach with much skeptism. I know some bros will ask me why I want a WL with kids but that's beside the point as I just want to know more about Thai culture (as per thread topic).

She told me that fuck is OK but she said kissing on the mouth/frenching is just not part of Thai culture. Kissing on other parts of her face is ok but in general, she does not like me to kiss her. She said that I can give her love bites anywhere on her body so long as it is not visible to public (like on neck).

Her father is probably asset rich relatively to his neighbours. Has 10+ cows. Each cow is worth about 10+k baht. They have a truck (they call it a car over there).

She is a WL not because her family is poor (I think they are relatively ok in their hometown) but for the money to pay off her car instalments, the usual life expenses and the new house that her family is going to have.

A family friend married to a Thai national and they are happily married for 16 years now. Their eldest is 15 years of old while their youngest, 4th in their family is 5 years of age.
