What is the SOP for hiring one of those China gals standing along GL lorongs?

i stand to be corrected, but from what i gathered there is no legal "pros" back in China hence i don't think Chinese goverment would allow their citizen to be exported as "pros" in another country.

Aiya, obviously they will not be coming under prostitution pass, but under employment pass lah .... just like any other pros ...

Bro, Malaysia also dont have legal "pros" what.......

End of the day, can or cannot work in another country depend on hosting country law. How can China stop its citizens to work in another country, in what ever profession, be it going there to char kuay teow, doctor, construction worker, etc....China allow PDMM to come, but never say they cannot work, its singapore gov that say if u come her under this or that pass, u cannot work.....if u go overseas to study, singapore gov also cannot say u cannot work wat, it all depends on the hosting country if they allow, right? correct me if i'm wrong

True but I think Singapore AV do have reservations when they recruit new cat150 girls from Malaysia. Noticeably not a single Malay girl or even non-chinese girl from East Malaysia has been brought in for the past few years,leaving Susan,Lena & Lily the only cat150 options when we cheongsters wanna have a taste of nasi lemak .

Hmm...i not keen on minah, so neber take note......but since there are few around means can lah.......maybe supply issue (guess only) lah, not that AV dont allow. Ever heard from OKT and WL that as long as the gal (malaysian) meet the min age, no criminal record and physically healthy can apply liao.....but approve not all depend on their mood.....Anyway, since they are already interviewing china WL (assuming it ture) means it possible lah, otherwise dont think they will even bother to spend time interviewing.

Actually couple of years back already heard from one OKT that AV already considering legalizing china WL. That OKT was asked if he will be keen to have china WL. So this is not new, AV have been toying the idea for sometime and may even got the approval from their top top top management liao loh.......

I was talking to the OKTs on this topic and from what I've gather, the current situation is like this.

1. Thais have their visa done in Singapore. Their employment in the application is stated as "Sex Workers". They don't have work permits or employment passes. Their visas are only done when AV approved them to work here.

2. Malaysians do not apply for visas. They will be here for a period of 2 months and away for a month. They don't get a 2 months stamp so they will need to go to the causeway to have their passport stamped.

So where do PRCs stand here? They need to do their visas back in China and will not get it before being approved by AV.

It seems that if AV wants to approved, the Indons would be much easier.

Anyway, hope that all of them can be approved one way or another. Thais, PRCs, Indon, Koreans, Europeans, etc. This gives us better choices and more control in terms of necessary health checks.

hmm the problem i think if they legalise prcs (in cheongster's point of view) is that the cost of street prcs will go higher due to increased costs and the good ones might just join the CAT150 category. There will be a rush of OKT signing up these prc girls offering them accomodation, protection etc and recruit them as their stable. At the end of the day most likely the CAT150 price stays but less street walking prcs.

I think there will not be much change in the situation from now, you will just see PRCs in whatever cat. And you will still see the usaul number of PRCS stand street. However, I suspect there will be more raids on stand street one ... thats about it, pricing should be about the same ....

Eh? Why would there be any more police raids if prc's legalised to work in SG?
