I think he has a habit of performing hand job. Hand job grip is different in terms of the strength and the way it push through. Not too sure bj will work for him or not, can try.

Actually you did satisfy him if you did manage to finish the job by hand, but I guess as man he still will prefer doing it the right way.

Some man are very sensitive, noise around can also affect him. The feeling when inside you will also affect him.

Some people are really difficult to service, don't give up, try more different methods and compare the result.

No... this is not the problem he has so it is not helping. His is spine injury related as I have asked and been told by Doctor Tan.

Disc bulges in the neck are usually not severe and known as Cervical Spondylosis. There is some scant evidence that fixing Cervical Spondylosis can help ED. However this evidence is rather weak and not very conclusive. In other words, fixing the neck may help ED but we really do not know.
