can get one.. just strike toto or big sweep.. deposit all the money to Citibonk... they sure give u credit card....

Can lah pretend to be rich lor. Tell them you earn $20k +++ and above a mth, want platinum card. Then keep delaying giving your pay details let them keep having to call you.
