Since there is jealously arise among them, quarrels are becoming common. Got 1 of the masseur have a bf the other is a "pei du ma ma".
Then they both gang up against her. The one who have bf even ask her bf to come to the shop to sit for long hours and even want to find trouble to Xiao Li.

The 2 other masseur don't dare to touch Xiao Li as she is so muscular for a women and they know her strength is quite strong.

She said that these customers were told to come and look for her to TN (they know Xiao Li don't reject customers but lewd request arise, she will show a black face). The customers also black faced. They finished up and paid the $20 for 30mins and left.

She told me that at times, she thought of doing HJ to earn more and faster earn enough so that she can go back to China. But on the other hand, she knows if she get caught for providing HJ, she may get deported from Singapore.
So she was in a confused state. To do or not to do? She confided in me that at times, when she thought about her family, she thought of "moonlighting" to do other jobs but also thought that the law will sooner catch up with her.


In conclusion, she believed that more quarrels are to arise. She said she very miserable and feeling bad but she can't leave until she earn enough to AT LEAST repay the debts she incurred to come to S'pore to work.
She really felt like quitting then report those masseurs BUT she knows, she can't. Her family depend on her quite a big part for their income.

For weeks to come, she and her other colleagues did not talk much. Except for work related things. The situation was getting colder.

Things were getting messy in the shops Xiao Li was working. She heard from me that there were raids and to ensure that she's "safe" from raids, she took a precaution.
All her customers MUST wear boxers or those running shorts that the shop provided for the customers. But the other 2 masseurs still continue to give HJ service.

On 1 fateful day, the shop the masseurs all 3 are busy working (including Xiao Li). I was the one who was being massaged by Xiao Li. The shop suddenly raided by 4 officers. AV officers just drew the curtain of the 3 cubicles.

Xiao Li and me were outside the cubicle, we were stunned. The female officer said, "don't worry. you both won't get into trouble. we are just checking of vice activities. But you (referring to Xiao Li) may need to go back and record a statement with us."

In my heart, I was happy as Xiao Li offered clean massage so nothing happened to both of us. But the other 2 masseurs, kena caught red handed.
So they being sent to police HQ for questioning, Xiao Li only assisted in investigations. Furthermore, the AV officer said to her that they know she did clean massage. Got 1 officer tried all 3 of them before.

That night Xiao Li confessed that she couldn't wait any longer to tell the police what exactly happened in the shop. She have been keeping it to herself for about 6 months.
She owned up that she knew about them providing HJ service but she "die die" also don't want earn that $$ then kena bullied by them. She knew it will get them into trouble but she said she can't take it anymore.

So the lady boss called her on hp to understand the situation. The lady boss claimed to the police she don't know about the "special service" that the 2 masseurs provided to customers.
But she knew she will get fined or something + the 2 masseurs get their permit cancelled or something.

In Xiao Li's heart she felt happy and worried. She was happy as now she's the ONLY masseur in the shop. Her lady boss will also help her (she knows a bit of TN and foot reflexology).
But on the other hand, she worried what if one day the shop closes and she have to go back w/o earning enough $$ to even repay her debts she owed in China.

That evening, she met me out for dinner. Her looks on her face was 1 time un-stress after months of "stress" working in the TN shop. She thanked me for the advices I gave her and she treated me to dinner.


In conclusion, she did not get into trouble with AV but she did own up to AV on who did HJ in the shop. For a moment, she will be working alone in the TN shop.
But she's unsure what will happen next. Happy that she can no need to fear the HJ service provided by other masseur for now.

For a month, she was doing her job peacefully. No others to work with her except for her boss who is sometimes at the shop to help her out during peak periods.
Most of the time, she was alone in the show. When there's no customers, she will be reading newspapers, flipping through magazines or watching TV.

On some days when I don't have to work, I will drop by the shop to buy lunch/dinner for her. If she's free and no customer, we will sit down and chit chat.

On day, when I was accompanying her for awhile, she asked me whether I know how to play Chinese chess. Wow! I've not played chinese chess in ages. Finally someone can play with me since my sec sch days.
So I went to a bookshop, few shops away to buy a chinese chess set. So when I came back, she was still free and no customers, so we played 2 rounds of chess which lasted 1hr.

She then told me actually in her hometown, when she's bored, she will play chinese chess or reversi chess with people in the village. They do not have $$ to always on the TV to watch or go out like what we do in S'pore.
So she said, she always hoped she can earn more $$ to be able to go shopping or walk along Orchard road to look-see things. But she says no point if she don't have $$ to really shop.

I suggested something. Why not 1 day, on her off day, I will bring her to Orchard road to shop? I will buy her something as a gift.
She was overjoyed and she said, "really? you want to buy something for me? but feel bad leh. I'm not your gf or sis and you treat me so well. Ok, just buy a wallet for me can? my wallet the zip got problem already."

In my mind, she quite honest. She needs a wallet but never ask me to buy for her, until I open my mouth to suggest buying something for her from Orchard road.

On the day she don't have to work. We both took a bus to Ngee Ann City. (The others, she thinks she not interested.) I brought her walking around. She very "automatic". She knows she don't have money to buy branded, so she skipped those boutique shops (LV, Gucci etc.). She say no point looking as she also no money to buy.
She I brought her into Takashimaya. She seems like saw a few wallets quite nice, but once she see the price tag, she put down the item. So I walked around with her. She then eyed one Carlo Rino wallet.

That 1 under the discounted items. She then asked the sales girl how much. The salesgirl said, "$49.90 after discount." She like thinking whether she wants it or not.
I said, "you like then I buy for you lor. $50 only lah. Furthermore, such brands you're paying for the workmanship. So considered ok. Nike/Adidas already $30+ for simple wallet."

She smiled at me and thanked me. She say at least let her treat me lunch. I said, it's ok as in here, cheapest meal is McDonald's. She was like stunned. She asked me the food here so ex meh?
I said here the shops mostly boutique shops, so food outlets also "near boutique" standard.

So after I bought the wallet for her, I brought her to a restuarant in Wisma (Ding Tai Fung, I think) for lunch. Then after we had lunch, she asked me whether I free to bring her to see sunset?
She heard S'pore sunset quite nice. As S'pore not so polluted air. So I suggest Labrador park or Mount Faber. (That time no Alexandra Wave yet)

I said Mount Faber better as Labrador park like very ulu. At least Mt Faber got taxis there. So I brought her to take cable car from Harbourfront Centre to Mt Faber (I didn't tell her the price if not she feel bad again).
So when we were up there, it was around 6pm or so. We found a bench which somehow faces West side. So we sat and wait..

Up there, sitting on the bench, she told me.. "since we so close, I think I will tell you something that I have been holding in my heart for years. I told you before that I'm still single and not married. Actually I always wanted to find a S'pore man to marry. I don't really like the life back in China. Life is hard, only can have 1 child (w/o being fined) and salary is so low."

I said, "but you don't really show the signs of finding a S'pore guy leh.."

She replied, "of course not now lah. i need to earn $$ to repay my debts 1st. what happens after that, it depends. but if you think i don't like $$, you're wrong lah. which girl don't want to have $$. s'poreans like to buy 4D and TOTO to strike it rich. i also dream of marrying a rich guy. but reality is reality, dream is a dream. both can't be linked together."

I said, "don't say this 1st. sun is setting already. now 6.45pm."
She said, "oops. ok, can help me take a photo behind the sunset using your phone?"
I said, "no problem."


Really going out already.. Later then I write more..
