i'm using the horny goat weed of gnc and it works to a certain effect.
what i understand is its not a supplement as directed on the bottle that must be use "before activity" and its not an everyday thing like their other vitamins, unless you planning to screw on a daily basis...

what i observed is it takes a little longer to feel the effect, usually we assume at least an hour before the fight like the viagra but i notice around 3 hours to have the "feel".

initially i tried 1 capsule but the prolong time i take it, i feel the effect is lessen. maybe my body is getting immune to the dosage so i tried 2 capsule and it improves.

i can see improvement on the hardness and size (reasonable, of course we dont expect 2-3 inches increase, around half an inch). it also delay the ejaculation sometimes i need to really bang it pretty hard just to climax.

... but nothing beats the real thing "Viagra", but since i need a doctors prescription to get one here then the horny goat weed is the next best thing (at least for me).
