Suarez release clause is £75million but we sold him for 65. The transfer committee sells cheap and buy expensive... how I wish I am in the committee, easy job.

Suarez wanted out too so if we wanted to sell, sell at right price. The transfer committee is not fully wrong on buying all the useless expensive players... The problem was with the manager, BR.

Furthermore Liverpool had the courage to lie to the fans and the football world that they sold him for £75m.

I only held him responsible for the results on the pitch. The transfer committee should be responsible for all transfers.

Balotelli is one example. They bought him for 16m and wanted to turn him into a 50m player.

Mane was not approved during Rodgers' days because they classified him as expensive when 13m could have sealed the deal. Now they decide to pay up to 36m.

You know Benteke was not worth 32m when top clubs around Europe refuse to meet that asking price. Only Liverpool will close such deals.

The list can go on and on. This shows the type of individuals behind the scene.

U are entitled to your disagreement on how a club works.

In norm,

1) The chairman of the club will work out the budget for the new season.
2) Transfer committee is in charge of purchasing, selling players. Some committees are headed by the chairman and chairman makes the final decision.
3) Scouts are in charge of sourcing players.
4) Club manager are in charge of the squad.

Manager will list down the players he wants and the transfer committee will go check out on the player availability, cost n nego for the best price. Scouts will also recommend players to Manager.

Thus when BR wanted CB, it was silly of BR when CB did not suit the way Liverpool plays and silly of the transfer committee to pay too much. Failed purchase or sales are transfer committee responsible but flop players are the responsible of manager. In a nicer words to find excuses, players cannot adopt to team style, cannot adopt EPL and others.

Result on the pitch isn't it directly show how BR used 11 players and which players to form the team? Of cause BR was responsible.

Isn't this the problem with transfer committee and BR??

Liverpool is 1 of the biggest spender in EPL for past few years. End of the day, who is responsible for spending so much with no result? The sacked manager.
