Actually I am very particular with seafood, and those that knows me personally will know why

IMHO cooking lobster using their vietnamese style & seasoning really kills the natural sweetness of the lobster meat, if you are talking about crayfish than still not too bad

Most so-called Vietnamese restaurants in overseas is already tweaked to suit that particular country taste, so I would very much doubt you can find the exact same taste back in Vn

when i was at vung tau, saw a stall carrying horseshoe crab.
i know very few ppl cook it and first time see it in vn.
i kind of like the sa niao xia...really fierce siah when i saw on tv..but good taste!

I ate horse shoe crab before. they open it up and you just eat the roe inside.

I love it because I love anything that belong to the "egg" family.

Biggest egg I have eaten is half an ostrich egg. Serving for 5 person.

when i was there..the restaurants looked dead..so didnt eat.

Love the theme park. Hardly any queue.

The restaurant belong to the hotel. Did not try, as I have hefty breakfast before going.

Lunch time we go fishing and have lunch. A lot of local eating there.
Everyone get a bamboo rod with some bait. Caught a small fish. Girls next table was jumping with joy..... Strange.
