3 years ago, I was in bad shape, own credit card bills and every month just barely survived. No extra cash to go for any commercial activities. Even siam my buddies as they love to lim those expensive kopi. Me..go kopitiam eat dinner also didn order drink

As you know, to have good biz at Tuina, you need to hire those young & pretty PRC ladies, willing to provide FJ. And these PRC ladies are normally on tourist visa. So, thats mean a very risky biz rite, tio bo?

So..what the owner normally do is that after sometime when they have made a tidy sum of profit, they will let go the shop to any interested party. After that, either they enjoy life with the $$ or they go to set up another shop at another location.

Reason : If current biz is doing well, means chances are many pple know about it, and maybe very hot in SB forum also, so chances of getting AV raids higher too. So...after make profit liao, they “走人“ 先咯. which mean to stay in this line, you need to change your location regularly.

Anyway, that's what I was told from the PDMM.

the trade is unique and wouldnt be nice to expose it on the forum.

that why in my earlier postings, i ask Bro Zack, to mix with ppl in the trade to know more abt it. when u have mix enough and understand the nature of the trade, u will know why the business has to be "sold".
