yes GFE kawasaki is in my shortlist to try.

I went in the late afternoon. I think even if you go at night it's pretty safe. I only took silver and it was already so good. If I'm ever back in Tokyo I'll definitely make my way there again. GFE was very clean and nicely set up. The stairs walking up was wow.. The bed, tub and shower is all in one room. And the bed has mirrors also so when you doggy it's damn shiok...

better to bring to love hotel for short time.
normal hotels might catch you at lobby and dont let you bring the girl to your room. Its luck based. Some hotels allow but its not a stated policy. some people also smuggle the girl to their room by going into the lift separately or what. Also depends if the hotel lobby is busy cause busy they cant screen and catch everyone doing this either.

Okubo (or similar streetwalkers).... as a foreigner, i recommend dont. Unless you can speak fluent japanese but still, the issues below apply:

3. though its cheaper and no foreigner tax, their service level is at the bottom + lack of GFE. common complaints are "they only allow you to do 1 position + no foreplay, etc". bascially just fuck and go, somewhere to dump sperm.
4. There are transexuals. including foreign ones, acting as jap or some other nationalities.
5. occasionally can get scammed too as upfront payment is standard practice in japan.
6. about half the jap girls there are not open to taking foreign clients.
