Hi bros,

where would you recommend to go if i plan to go either Phuket or Bangkok?

As I have an indication to cheong, I'm a noobie so i'm not sure of thailand yet. So i wonder if seniors here can offer me help about whether it's better to cheong at phuket or bangkok.

Any tips and advices would be greatly appreciated!

When I first decided to go thailand I also asked the same q as you. Its seems so hard to decide after I heard so much good things about bangkok.

Then fate as it, my company sent me to Phuket and was my first trip to LOS. I found a wonderful website written by an angmo swiss I think. His website no longer exist and got every single details I need.

My Phuket experience was my first ever in LOS and I always have a soft spot for this place and now many years since then, been to phuket more than 10 times and I had cheong Bangkok a few times too, I found myself still missing Phuket, not so for bangkok.

My personal preference still Phuket. It is then followed closely by Hatyai. Bangkok would infact be my 3rd choice.

Phuket has a more holiday feel to it for essentially it is a holiday resort destination. There is sun, sand, sea and ofcourse babes ! Great Seafood too !! And wonderful Cheap SPA!!

Bangkok is Traffic JAM , air pollution and it is basically a city just like Singapore. I don't feel so "holiday" when I am in Bangkok.

Ofcourse some brudders here would disagree. Bangkok has more types of variety of fun though. You can go to a BJ bar (though to me most are ugly girls) and have "legal" 3some at Eden. Phuket does not have all these.

When I first arrived in Phuket about more than a decade ago, there was still some fun shows, those also closed down in the later years.

But still Phuket has has many PYT. I had my first CIM there with a 19 yr old girl. I also book quite a few girls to accompany me whole day to go sightseeing.

In bangkok, it seems more business like and less fun. Infact I got lost a few times there and was even stopped by policeman to ID check before

So if you have never tried LOS before, I would suggest Phuket first. Beside bargirls, massage, drinks and disco, you can also enjoy beach, fresh air and some sight seeing.

Leave Bangkok for you next few trips and try it later.

Go out the airport, turn right. Walk all the way to the taxi booth and get a cab from there. Or cheapest is take the mini bus. But it will go round and round ... might not be as great an experience. So best is take a cab.

I have just come back from Phuket, now i am very tired cos i only slept 2.5 hrs last night~haha...I would like to share some experiences here...pls pardon me as I am also first timer in Phuket.

The massage shop is everywhere and very cheap, 200 baht for thai massage and 300 for oil massage, there are others like tissue tendon massage which is stronger, foot, sport massage etc...rate 1:24 and it is less than SGD 10, all are at least 1 hr...

I could hardly find dirty massage as I hang around Patong, but I think you should only look for older auntie massage shifu as it is a MUST TRY and your tiredness for whole day will be wiped off!!! I personally prefer THAI massage package after tried oil massage also.

The most happening place in the night is Bang La Road in Patong. Bar & Poll dancing gals are everywhere!! They all wear so sexy and hot dancing on the bar table!!! SHIOK till u drop...

Just choose a bar and sit there, 100-120 Baht for beer, can ask any gal to come accompany you and chat, no need give tip, but the gals there will ask you to buy them a drink and one drink is fixed at 200. Can hug, light kiss, hanky panky but pls dun force...if you already hugging a gal and saw another sexy gal, just open ur mouth and frankly tell her u prefer the next gal, they are easy-going one, but dun select other bar's gal lar unless is under same boss. Note 2: can rent a car for 1000-1200 whole day long & return full tank

Cabs are metered. That's why they are called taxi-meter.....the big question is they on the meter or not......

Do take note there is an airport surcharge of 100 baht of them.
