to get you a head start since that now i have a little free time before going for next meeting...

- take ferry from harbour front
- reach Balai jeti, clear immigration, if this is your first time there, no harm to insert Rp10-20k in your passport to ensure a smooth clearance
- then must remember to scan you luggage or else the custom will create hell lot of scenes to get money from you...
- walk out the terminal, get one of the guys approaching you for "ojek". tell him you ok and he will beh hu beh hu lead the way to his ojek....
- tell him which hotel you are off to (few choice of hotels, i suggest a few for you - Padimas, Palapa, Maximillion, Paradis, Rasa Sayang, these are the few that i prefer).
- check into hotel, most of these cost S$36 per night..
- immediately come out to hotel and grab a ojek (they are everywhere, most bigger hotels has ojek station nearby) tell them to go Villa (pronounce as Pilla)...ride is Rp10k
- on the way to Villa, you will passby some kampong and then 2 rows of loosely occupied shoplots (that's Dukur, another area which has apprix 10 joints there)...
- cewek price in Villa during weekend should be Rp180-200k on average, some joints have some special category of gals and may demand higher price, your call....if you go with ojek, they normally just drop u and go off...if go with driver/guide, then prepare to pay additonal Rp50k to the cewek price...
- after that, take them back to hotel (or ask them to come later)...
- nothing much to do in the afternoon, maybe can go massage....there are a few massage shops nearby Paradis/Horizon/Palapa area, also in Padimas (the shoplots nearer to the main road)....if dunno, ask the hotel people or even your cewek...
- dinner, best if you ask your cewek to be guide. If u stay at Palapa, padimas, you will find some dinner place nearby, serving yummy and cheap seafood....
- KTV/disco, who else, ask your gals they would know better....only have 2 discos left in Balai, one is Santana and the other one Bravo....

forgot to add, if you want to stay at Paradis, must insist upon checking in that they give you the room not facing santana...else, whole night no need to sleep and can bonk your cewek to the beat of fengtao music....

for 1st timer, i would recommend them to go Padimas, coz over there they have everything....supermarket, foodcourt/restaurant...hair saloon, massage....a self contained vincinity...

My last time there was like 3 yrs ago...
Maybe you guys had ceweks who are crazy about the "pills".
So is it thing still a norm thing in the disco there? Where the waiters keep pushing/asking everytime you call them to order for drinks.
Well in Batam, it's quite dificult to get unless per arranged.

There was once quite long back, I think was with Batu and MB. We tried to get the driver to bring us to villa but was told not allowed anymore cos during that time hotel driver only bring guest to villa and drop off and goes back. Thus a lot of cab driver not happy cos no chance to earn comm.

I believe is hotel driver. Hotel driver drives you there then drop you off and go off and come back pick you at an arranged time, so they no chance to tax comm.

From jetty to hotel (except padimas) = Rp3-5K
From hotel to villa = Rp8-10K

Well at balai they still sell but the best of all is ask ur girl to get it for u. They know which place to get some is near the main door some is in the toilet which is at bravo for satana not sure not much girl like tht place but the pills is cheaper

Understand that Alpacino ktv the obat there very cheap if buy in qty or 5s and 10s. ---> Rp70K-80K ea.
