When will MPs be allowed to resume operations?

We will need to wait longer I reckon, why?
- close contact and non essential biz
- personal hygiene isn’t good In this line
- industry has a bad track record at following gov guidelines
- MP doesn’t pay much taxes, most payments are in cash. ML earnings are tax free.

Unfortunately quite a sizeable percentage of covid cases are asymptomatic. And the covid is most contagious a couple of days before onset of symptoms. This is the bummer. You don't know who is dangerous and that is why offices continue work from home and distancing.

In fact the contagiousness of covid patients actually decreases when symptom start to show!

Put together, this is why covid is very very difficult to tackle unless everyone can test and check clear regularly We can never go back to normal until virus peters off naturally or vaccine available. Or do mass testing but which govt has resource to do this on regular basis for everybody?

I am afraid legal chionging industry is dead for the time being. Sad for those who hung back in SG hoping for their shops to reopen. I think at the most only foot massage less than one hour can be accepted for operation.

I beg to differ. Legal Cheonging will to resume to pre covid times with trace worthy apps in place. We r too densely populated. Legal gl piaking activity is just one tip on the iceberg on the contagion ability as a population. Just sneezing in public domain like cabs buses or mrt is enough to get the spread going.
If there is enforced closure of legal joints, piaking activities will only go underground, so defeat the purpose and make tracing more difficult. And not forgetting the possibility tat crime will go up for molestation cases.

So it’s only a matter of time to reopen up vice trade when tracing infrastructure is set in place to tackle the emminent.

If so, then why they bother with making schools and companies enforce distancing, split team operation after CB? Makes a mockery to be so kiasu, right - if people can still be in close proximity for chionging purposes.

Schools and companies also have contact tracing by the way, on top of the kiasu extra procedures. Tracing ability does not excuse them from implementing distancing and all the extra burdens.

Based on the report, seems like each phase is about 4 weeks apart minimally assuming local transmissions remain low. By the time phase 3 begins would be at least 8 weeks, or about 2 months. So earliest we can hope for spa and massage to open is just before national day. The wait continues bros
