I have question to ask.

I intend to bring my viet gf to sg to ROM.

Do i have to apply anything in vietnam first?
Do i need to apply visa for her to enter sg?
Do i need to buy return air ticket for her?
Any procedure to do in ICA?

Do i need to buy return air ticket for her? ----> Not necessary, If ICA ask at airport maybe u can show proof of ROM print out
Any procedure to do in ICA? ----> Nothing unless u want apply LTSVP or PR for her

As far as from what the ROM website states:

"What to expect during eFiling:

a. Book a date/time for solemnisation.
b. Enter couples' details
(incl. name/Identity No. of 2 witnesses).
c. Make payment via Credit Card.
d. Print a copy of the Receipt and IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS, and follow up on what to do, what to bring, when to go ROM
(the allocated date will be 3-5 working days before the date of solemnisation) for verification of documents, Statutory Declaration, etc."

My girlfriend also banned 3 years... next year Aug due. 1 more year.

Last year around July there is also a big group of gals caught at Spring 72. They are being banned for 1 yr. Still have not seen anyone came back yet. Although said 1yr but it is up to Custom whether to let them enter into sgp or not.

If we got a ROM date and I go Vietnam and fetch my galfriend here I think custom will somehow let her enter (of course after much interviewing). This will show that she is not coming here to work.

Talk about last year Jul 'big sweep' by ICA... my 19yo 'Ann Kok lookalike' gal not here yet. Called me in end of July and say shee will come soon. I waited and waited.. no come leh. Recenly she call me and ask me to go vn fetch her becoz she dunno if come alone can or not. She ask me to buy ticket for her. Sianz liao. Crap.

I am still waiting for to come. Last time no chance to bonk her as caught she is caught by police before I action.
Now wait 1 year.. I SAB liao... dunno can release it with her or not.

My GF pass her Ban period already. Wants to come to Singapore for a short holiday but kena refuse entry by ICA even though I brought her back. The immigration officer told me to apply with ICA for permission to bring her in.

Anyone knows what to apply? I went down ICA 3 times and they never tell me what to do lo... Just say fill up form 14 which is applying for VISA. Viets don't need a VISA to come into s'pore .

Any good souls can advise?

U can try the method below:

1) Maybe u can try writing a formal letter to ICA....cited her previous case, her details etc...then provide very good reason why she come in again...think they will reply in this way....

2) Go personally down to ICA and kpkb there..create a scene...make sute they give u an answer on how to get ur gf in.....that is if u dare....

3) Write to newspaper...spin a cock and bull stories....get the public notice....use public pressure....

Hear from alot WL also.. rumour or real? Agencies in VN also tell alot gals that they need VISA. Reason being that the agencies can earn more.

Check ICA website will know. Till date nothing is published about VN need VISA.
