Today 22 Dec 2018 22:30 Local Vietnam time some guy on an motorbike drove by and grab my cellphone out of my hand while I was texting and just drove off. This happen around (113 Đường Trần Quốc Toản, Phường 7, 3, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam) Went to report to the police 30minutes later. The police were too busy watching soccer game. Honestly they didn't seem like they care much. I went back to the crime scenes and there an traffic camera just 5 feet away from where it happen. It also exactly the direction the thief came from.
