Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings

The latest goal-line technology (Hawk's Eye System) is fantastic leh.....no more protests over "perceptions" of the ball crossing the line or not.

Now it is either "CROSSED" or 'NOT CROSSED"

If this technology had been installed in the 1960's....England won't be able to beat Germany for the World Cup in 1966

Liverpool will not had beaten Chelsea in the 2005 Champiion's league semi final...and went on to win the Champion League trophy.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings

Liverpool have confirmed new signing Aly Cissokho has been allocated the No.20 jersey.

The French defender joined the Reds on a season-long loan on Tuesday, subject to the completion of paperwork, to become our fifth acquisition of the summer.

Welcome To Anfield! YNWA!

Villa's strong start to the season took many by surprised. This morning they juz narrowly lost 2-1 to Chelsea at the bridge. They would want to start their first game at home with a win.

Arsenal was having an off day. Villa wasn't really that good in the first match. I think 3 matches in 7 days would have taken a toll on Villa. 10 of the Villa players who started against Chelsea had started against Arsenal as well. This seems to suggest a small squad for Villa. We are playing only once per week. It will be good to start our match against Villa in a high tempo manner and tire their legs out and then throw in a speedy player like Sterling.

our defenders had a nightmare handling benteke, hopeful toure n agger this time won't be bullied...

On Second Thoughts … John Barnes

One of Britain's greatest footballers must rue playing in an era in which warrior-like qualities were valued over skill and creativity

for those who is old enough to have seen him in action....

Last season AV were extremely unlucky with almost the entire 1st team out of action with injuries...... this season they have recovered and considering that the average age of the AV players are the youngest among all the BPL teams.... I think 3 games in 7 days is not a problem for them.
