I am travelling 14 Jan to Phuket. Just booked my tickets...
Anyway, it is super high season in January. Hotel rates doubled the usual price!

By the way, any bros got info on Chiangmai?

bro, phuket is almost 800+ km away from bangkok...i doubt the floods affecting BKK will have any direct impact on phuket's weather. should be a different weather system.

generally, nov-dec should see some pleasant weather in phuket although there would always be the chance of rain...but i don't think the water from BKK will flow down to phuket la...

Oh yes, its like freaking ex from Nov to Mar, very touristy prices and there are competition for girls man.. Everything is EX and U might not get good deals..

Jetstar is having promo cos their flights are always delayed! I freaking fly to Phuket for 3 times using Jetstar, 3 times delayed by 2 to 3 hours.. Coming back also the same! Going to boycott Jetstar liao! and it seem like every evening flight to Phuket is delayed when they state 8.45 pm fly, its always delayed till 11pm! and return flight, put 1am reach SG, it always 4am! Be prepared to take MC or leave for the next day!

Well sometime Phuket to get flooding if it rain too heavy. But after a while the flooding will be gone. not to worry so far i have not seen anything worst yet in my last few trip.

Didnt expect it is super high peak season. When I see the cheapo tickets, I just grab and booked Now got to source for some cheapo hotel too. Maybe will stay at Phuket town instead, since the rate there is much more cheaper than in Patong.

if I'm not wrong, there aren't any besides Chirstin Massage in Patong. And as you might already have know - CM does not have good reviews here in SB forum.

There are plenty of massage in Patong, but those with common rooms separate by a curtain. No special service being offered except hj at most. If you want a fj, then no choice just have to go to CM.

CM cmi is correct but the rest of small massage shops can have fj, especially those opp CM. There are more of them at Sawatdirak road n soi kepsup.
