my advice is, mix with the poor u beome poorer. mix with the rich u become richer. mix with smart ppl, u become smarter. like me mix with SB ppl, ...sigh...

i m not going to start a war here. believe it or not is up to u. he was one of the winners of last year Phoenix Award.

There is no war... the only time anything is sold for $1 is with the liabilities.. I bought businesses with $1, Liabilities with $50K to $250K No big deal.

Like you say... lot of people know. I was just wondering how much the liabilities he picked up that's all.

Personally, if really want to open HC I'll need $1 million over. My is hill higher...

he didnt buy the business for $1. i said he buy a shopping mall for $1. let me paraphase it. he build a shopping mall for $1 and sold it.

basically what i mean is how u manage ur cashflow and turn around ur business with minimum capital.

this friend i mentioning he will be one of the speakers at the event Global Speakers Summit from 31 march to 2 april 2005 at grand copthorne waterfront hotel.

well, if u need $1 million, then do it with one million. just like paying for chicken rice, u can pay $2.00 or $3.00 for a plate, or even more. if u need a higher hill, so be it.

Bro. LeeYokeYuen, I think he used only Lego to build lah....even that cost more than $1 ke,ke,ke. I also think his friend should be far ahead of the $$ game than Warren Buffet and Bill Gates combined!
