1.5 yrs ordeal! Is it UTI, STI or what? Please opine

Hello All,

Pls bear with me and apologies for long message!!

Been going thru an ordeal since almost 1.5yrs. 3 rounds of STD/STI testing on myself and 1 round of tests on wife. All tests negative but the problem still there..

So the symptoms for me are frequent urine with bit of sensitivity, 2 slight red bumps(not raised or swollen), sometimes (once in 2-3 months) have slight white discharge from them). For wife, frequent vaginal itching and feeling of tenderness/swelling, only sometimes discharge(which GP and Gynae said is cuddly discharge so due to candida), also sometimes blood spotting between periods.

It seems to have all started around 1.5yrs back when i had went for a massage, followed by painting by me on the ML and Bbbj by her, no FJ.
Just 4-5 days after that day I noticed red bumps at tip of my penis. Went to Dr tan(DTAP) who did the comprehensive std screening but all negative. Still gave doxycycline which I and wife completed course of. After the ML visit, I had unprotected sex with wife and few days after she started noticing vaginal itching. She went to GP and doctor tested for candida and garderella vaginalis which both came positive. Trichomonas was negative. She took medicine for candida and GV and felt better. But after few months again feel itchy and some cuddly discharge. GP sent to Gynae. Gynae repeated same tests and came positive for candida and GV. Again took meds.

Few months later i see 3 red spots (diff from 1st ones which were seen just 4-5 days after ML visit) with slight white discharge. Went to DSC amd they did full std screening with hiv, syphilis included. Again all negative. Doctor gave miconazole and some moisturiser.

Now after 1 yr, i still have sensitive urination and the 2-3 red bumps(not raised). Also been ti urologist who has done PSA marker, blood tests for hormone profile, bladder and scrotum ultrasound and all green. No issues as per urologist too.

Wife in between suspected me and went for full round of STD tests at a GP as well. All negative as well.. but she still has vaginal itching and cuddly discharge. Sometimes feel sensitive and swelling around vagina. Very rarely blood spotting between periods. Tested 1-2 times positive for UTI as well and so has taken antibiotic course for that. So in all she has done antibiotics course of doxycycline, ceproflaxacin and also one time metronidazole course (I think gynae gave her for gardeneralla vaginalis bacteria)

So need the help of fellow bros/sis/any doctors(esp DR Tan if you still follow this forum).

What is this that no tests are able to detect and what should we do ?? We are really out of ideas and very frustrated. Spent 3-4k together on all this testings and meds. Please please help out !!

Since all test on STD are negative, then the issue is caused by something else.

Maybe see a skin specialist or Urologists. Can try TCM also.

just curious, how did not wife not suss anything after the first time?

did u confess?
