It's a myth that ladies or even girls without or have little sexual experience should have pink nipples and labia. That's absolute rubbish. Especially the nipples. It's definitely genetic.

I second that based on my extended research and worldwide empirical sampling. Pigmentation runs along the family lineage.
Other findings:
Nipple colour seldom change, the aerola colour changes due to hormonal shift.
Fair skin doesn't equate to pink nipples, but light-colour lips (the one on the face) has some indication of lighter pigmentation in the rest of the body.
Labia colour has dependency on what underwear she wears (or not). Extensive rubbing will cause the skin in the region to darken.
