From what she told me, typically most of her customer will release during session, sometimes accidental sometimes requested.

Paid a visit to Patty recently.

Didn't get a back massage. She just did a stomach massage, some thigh massage and the JG. Overall feels quite professional, though I didn't feel any pain during the JG. Prostate massage was done with a finger glove which was pretty hygienic. Somehow the 60 mins just flew by before I knew it.

At the end she will ask if you want to release. She has a nice rack which let me fondle when I chose to do so.

RTM? Maybe a few times to see if there is any long term effect. Otherwise will try someone else.
