City have finished consistently for the past three seasons, finishing fourth in the last two. But the main architect of that success, Aaron Mooy, won’t be around anymore. He has since left for EPL side Huddersfield. The squad is still a strong one, with new coach Warren Joyce a well-respected man in the Australia footballing circle. But the biggest factor could be the serious injury to City’s most important player, Bruno Fornaroli, who will be out until after Christmas.
