DFML is nearby KTVs like 东方锦河 and 星之星. If you're partying in these KTVs, it makes sense to stay at 东方锦河酒店. It's a much better hotel at reasonable price of 268rmb. http://www.orientalglory-hotel.com
Oscar is about 10 mins from CA central. Since LQD is still not open for business, you may wanna try other hotels along the same stretch of road as LQD. Depending on your budget, you can try 亚都酒店 or 长安国际酒店
