If i were to take the bus to the hotels and then cab to ChangAn, how long is the journey and cost from the hotels to ChangAn be.

First time to CA so not really sure about the geographical location.
Will be heading to ktv like DFML, Oscar and most likely staying in LQD as recommended in the thread.
Are these places located in CA town centre?
I didn't see any Chang An hotel as bus destination from the website.
LQD is still not open for business. Depending on when you're coming in, you might need to make other plans. Like what bro Arpeggi had mentioned, DFML is very far away from CA central. DFML is nearby KTVs like 东方锦河 and 星之星. If you're partying in these KTVs, it makes sense to stay at 东方锦河酒店. It's a much better hotel at reasonable price of 268rmb. http://www.orientalglory-hotel.com
Oscar is about 10 mins from CA central. Since LQD is still not open for business, you may wanna try other hotels along the same stretch of road as LQD. Depending on your budget, you can try 亚都酒店 or 长安国际酒店
DFML is along 振安西路.. quite far away from town centre.. about 30 to 40RMB of cab fare from LQD, which is located at town centre.

Go the new bus station @ Lian Hua Lu (black building) ... the building is next to a KFC...
Buy bus ticket to CA... about RMB65 i think... about 2 1/2 or 3 hrs to CA bus station in CA town...
