If you show a P/L account and it shows `Loss' every month, she will suspect where you get the money to cover the `loss', this is lagi worse. She will think you got another account that has lots of money to cover the monthly `loss'

i dont think is control lah,but more to they want to know or want us to share with them

I think I mention before. When my wife and I first got married, my MIL asked my wife to control my finances. I know what she got up her sleeves, she wants my wife to become her ATM. I refused , I asked my wife who's more qualified to handle finances, she with not much education or me with post graduate degree in finance ? Not being bad, but that's the only way to deny her the rights to become her mum's ATM .

On another note abt the BX wanting to control family finances, DON"T LET THEM DO THAT AT THE START!!! Once u let them control at the beginning, that's the end of the world for u. I seen so many cases that the OX salary goes to the BX and he gets a miserable allowance of $10 a day. $4K salary and the man only gets $300 a month. Not even 10%. It should be the other way round. The OX gives the BX daily allowance of $20 excluding household expenses. The man must wear the pants in the household.

It's not a wise thing to help a stranger with their bags at the airport. You never know what is inside. If suay suay kanna some trafficker, CNB or Cong An come, they disappear very fast with you trying to prove those are not your belongings.

A real case happened to a friend. As he was very familiar with the customs people at TSN Airport, his relative requested his help to declare the Ashes (Gu Hui) in a sealed urn from Australia at the TSN Airport. There was also a death certificate to prove it. Luckily for my friend, the customs officer told him to stay out of this matter. It turns out that the urn was full of heroin. Imagine a relative can do this to their own family members how much more can a stranger do to another person. This is no laughing matter. Bros, pls take note!!! There's also many documentary shows about this happening throughout the world.

thanks bro for sharing...am the one in control...though at times feel tempted to let her handle or pass her more but i always just give her hsehold and if she needs to go out with frens, then will pass her more...

though she doesnt like it but didnt make a big fuss...so hopefully it will become a habit as time goes on....

I find that this few weeks got a lot of news about vietnamese but all bad news,from wan bao (viet girl customer looking for customers at chinatown),straits time (4 viet caught selling fake hp to shop owner),taiwan news (viet wife cut off husband cock) to the recent one about jump down at woodlands.

The real fact is more and more bad news about them.Last time was PRC but now i saw more on viet.Even saw some fat or old vb working at ktv.Last trip back,saw 4 girl been send back on flight at sg airport.Haiz,really nothing to say,think their image is from bad to worse over here
