Some custom officers might ask to look at the return ticket and refuse her entry with 1 way ticket. Coming to SG to ROM is still on "tourist" visa and she needs to get out of SG before the visa expires. The best bet is to get a return ticket and it costs not much if on budget air.

You can fly with Lion Air as they cash refund your un-used trip on the spot.
But get your GF to purchase it directly from the airline itself, instead of any travel agencies to be eligiable for a refund.
You can google thier ticketing office contact to enquire or made a trip down. Some of the Indo frontdesk are SYT. hehehe

Vietnam Air is abit tricky though but I believe some seniors can advice on this.

What bro naemlo mentioned about the tourist visa thingy is true.
