bro, for the non-working types, purely come here to visit bf, ox, friends or relatives, ..... strictly not more than 90 days in a year?

btw, I look at the DE white card, there is no portion to fill in the guarantor/sponsor particular, only need to fill in the address.

Proper sponsor and guarantor don't work in DE card.

They have to be submitted in proper form, i guessed you know what forms since you are the experienced one.

Name and contact indicated in the Address section are not sponsor or guarantor, they are just reference. The questions will they call, yes & no , once my bx friends who indicated the reference was called down to airport to verify with the NRIC but then still rejected because she cant communicate with the immigration officer. My name was indicated as reference but i was not called because I was next to my BX, and they verify my name against the name indicated in the DE card and they wrote down my name nand NRIC no.

I guess all is case by case basis. Diiferent people experienced different process.

often, it will also depend on how the viet gal dresses n whether she can speak english. i have arranged for my viet staff to come over several times for the past year. i will write an official letter with my address n NRIC number. Everytime, no officer called me to verify n she's given 30 days. The next thing is never ask for extension, if given 30 days, leave sgp within 30 days. once you ask for extension, you downgrade the chances of your gal coming in again

i notice that too. thats why gals with education n positions get priority in singapore. next thing is her hair. if got dye alot, chances of entry is halved.

I have a question... If an employer, say a boutique selling clothes wants to employ her & apply her a work permit, can she come in & work there?

hahaha...work permit is a whole process by itself...really need to see if boutique or retail shop allowed to hire foreigner staff...also there is a ratio for approval ie how many local staff then can employ 1 foreigner...the approval process is under MOM and not ICA...now with the tightening of foreign worker much tougher unless the foreigner is under skilled and earned alot of salary...then apply S pass or employment pass liao...
