I agree with bro SingViet. Appealing also need reasons and new supporting evidence. At this moment, i do not have a basis to re-apply/re-appeal. Probably wait till I am officially divorce from my previous marriage.

As I said keep appealing...fail again then appeal again and again...any harm? no harm. This is also one of the way which show ICA that you are really into this girl and sincere to start a relationship with her.

FYI, my own brother who wanted to marry his current wife who is previously a work permit holder, apply just to get married only, have send at least 7 letters of the same kind to ICA after failing each time. Why I know? It is becos the letter is written by me and it is always the same letter I post for him after every failure. Words by words, exactly the same letter. In the end success.

I don't think changing of passport will help much, worse case if she fail to declare that she came in singapore before with another passport previously and get caught...u can really migrate to VN roi

Change passport is not an option... read some other thread about a complication encounter by a PRC.

KangTuo, perhaps once you have finalized your divorce with your current wife, you may want to apply for ROM with your girlfriend and then show evidence of ROM to ICA. See if got any chance to allow your girlfriend into Singapore.

ICA dont bother about you getting ROM if the girl is blacklisted...u can even get married in other country and show proof to them...also same...

I have been married with my Vietnamese wife for 14mths. However, we only applied and gotten the the long term pass in April. I would like to apply PR for her in Dec. Can senior bros advise on the chances of approval? I'm a self employed with average annual income tax return of 60k. Should i do it now? thanks in advance

no la bro, typo error. I'm married for 14mths, but i procrastinated on the application of long term pass. My wife only got the LT pass in april. I'm now wondering if i should apply for her the PR in December which is 8mths after she got the LT pass. Bros pls advice.
