isn't it the same in all our neignbouring countries...which country dun have rampant corruption...

the fact is we want Vietnam to remain poor and low cost...I will not want to go there if the prices are sky high...I rather go to another country which is cheaper...my target is to stretch my retirement fund...

lol by doing so that's why you can never trust a vietnamese.. Those without money will do all sort of things to get money.. For your information, the price in Vietnam will not remain cheap for long as they are heading to economy meltdown soon. More and more money of vietnam is going oversea but the import goods are getting more and more expensive.

Bro.. the caused and roots of these enforcement and corruption is also due to lack of education.. both academic and moral education.. somemore parents might not be educated and how are they able teach them to be good? Although I still see some not well educated parents still practice good moral values to their children but they still have to struggle daily for survivals..

In fact for me.. I just hope everyone gets to live in peace and get happiness .. not only Vietnam but other countries or even the whole world as well

Bro I am talking in terms of percentage here.. I will say 70 percent of the vietnamese is not educated or else there will not a influx of Vietbu working oversea. Hence, it is better to be careful when dealing with all vietbu..

yup...if you take those between more than 25yrs old then more than 70% uneducated but the cuming up gen Z is more educated till secondary or high school...their tieng viet also much improved...but hate their short forms which they luv to use among themselves...

do you know that their University entrance exam is damn difficult to pass...each year number of applicants out-stripped the places...usually a crowd will form outside all the universities when that happened...parents also sleepless during that period...

then you will see my good friend deptrai4u standing outside holding a map...kkkk...
