The appeal fail can be a few reasons...dealing with ICA, you need to be patient...your gal should not stay full 30 days per trip...try stay 1-2 weeks every 2-3 months once...gal should not be blacklisted...

As a sponsor you also must be eligible single, paid enough taxes, good clean record...etc...

What was I saying was referring to normal rejection.

She came 4 times in 2014 and was rejected on the 5th. I think she was pushing her luck too far by coming so many times and she deserved this. Which country will not be suspicious when someone came for so many times a year?

I proposed from then she only come 2 times a year, 10 days each time, as she has a job at home. That was when she got sent back at the airport.

She had not committed any crimes in any countries. I think that as long as she had no criminal records, there is still a possibility for her arriving here, just that I am not aware of any other options.

Does that mean everytime she came I have to be a sponsor? Or she can just come 6 months layer? Getting sent back is a waste of air ticket.

I am confused because if refusal entry have to wait just a few months before coming, there is no need at all to ask me to sponsor from ICA.

I have clean record and paid taxes but I am married.

ICA allows married person to be sponsor right? The officer I met did not prevent me and they requested my marriage cert.

This is just a entry pass permit, not long term visitor pass for spouse mah. Maybe I am wrong. Anyway I thought there are better ways or things to note to improve the chances of approval.

I think it may be paper work issue. All her documents are in Vietnamese and translated into English, chop and signed by a translator. The translator did not get what I need for a few times and got the wrong form.

I had no idea how this works. It's doing this once per visit or whatever? The officer was not willingly to say much.

Now clearly your appeal failed because you are married....ICA dun want a single gal unrelated to come in singkieland to break up a marriage or family...kkkk...reason why I said must be single...why unrelated no major events you want to be her sponsor...so rejection is obvious reasons...

Unless you sponsor her visit and stay at your house with wife as joint sponsor then maybe higher chances of appeal success....dun think ICA dun know what they are doing...

Now good luck to you...if she ever comes in singkieland without you knowing...if she is caught with criminal offence...you may be called up for police investigation...which will open a can of worms with your family...

Yesternight a viet beer lady extended her younger sister stay for 1 month. (total 2 months stay in Singapore)

Husband of the beer lady have to go ICA together with the beer lady. Address is the same for all parties. Reason is to help take care of the viet baby.

The younger sister has enter Singapore 3 months ago and also stayed 1 month.

So the length of the stay is not the factor.

And also if the address you put on the card have "history" of girls whom work as vice ever stay before. Chances of U-turn is extremely high.

My friend work as custom officers for 20+ years. Always ask him for his opinion.

This is a good reason for sponsor...helping to sponsor sis inlaw...to look after baby...chances of success is high...all same address....

The sister inlaw will hv to wait another 3-6 months after this stay expired before she can come to singkieland again...
