Whether to welcome more foreign investment, politically it is up to the govt to decide. More foreign guys spending money on VN gers are welcome by common ppl like me . Know a ger recently and decided to buy a bike for her, it will boast to a VN ger "wealth".

are you sure you volunteered to buy her a bike...if she wanted a Vespa 125cc brand new and that is USD3.5k or more than 70mil Dong...Honda Vision 125cc (made in Thailand) already cost around 41mil Dong...

I rather donate the money to charity then to give a greedy gal...

U forget, we always avoiding each other.

Beer in Vietnam is cheap if we talking about road side type.

I enjoy drinking in Vietnam. I remember in Hanoi, a glass of Hanoi draft was about 2 or 3k VND. A friend n I each brought about 10SGD worth of VND. We were very drunk at the end of the night and still had some cash back home.
