very happy for you and your wife. and if you keep this buying trend up, you will be a rich towkay when you are older. vietnam economy is picking up...good time to invest. any later, may be too expensive for the average joe.

better be careful and dun trust yoru wife so easily...I had read and heard many unfortunate stories in Vietnam...although I am not an expert...I been flying there frequently for past 7 years...knew plenty of things..saw plenty to understand Viets...btw, I been to Long Xuyen, province of An Giang which is 5 hours by bus from HCM....The economic centre for An Giang province is in Chau Doc...

if there is divorce...women charter law appplies...you will still need to give her half or more of your assets...

also if she is PR already, she dun need to leave Singapore...she can stay on and find another richer hubby...
