So u never register, shouldn't be a problem.
BUT they compiled the law recently on fake marriages so you may check it to make sure esp if u r taking money for it.

Also don't talk too much cock n make promises that can backfire like the ger very homely, good etc bt I see the difficulties if u dont do that

right from beginning I had disapprove you doing this and charging "ang bao"...if Vietnamese marriage agency can be successful then those marriage agencies will only increase and not close shops like current because too many brides run away after 1 month or 1 year of marriages...

the brides solved their short term family problem because all the brides wanted is a few thousand in SGD and these can get from dowry and initial deposit payment...after that the brides will say sayonara...

I had advocated any man who wanted a Viet wife must go Vietnam and meet their prospective wife and get to know each other at least 2 years with monthly visits...if any man unable to do so then just forget it...dun bother to marry a Viet wife...

I had friends who had married Vietnamese wives but they met the girls there and took their time getting to know each other a few years before marriage...plenty of hard work traveling...
