I'm very sure there're many coaches available from Puduraya to Bukit Kayu Hitam as Konsortium Coach sometimes will stop over at Puduraya to pick up passengers.

Coach type is VIP 27 Seater.
Johor Bahru (Larkin) --> Bukit Kayu Hitam/Hatyai
RM75.00 one way

Seat is spacious and comfortable.
No Personal Entertainment System available.

As for other details I'm unable to advise you.
You've to do the research yourself.

Good luck if you can make it to Dannok by land.
From Kuala Lumpur to Dannok should be around 7 hours.

Take note remember to do more hip exercise during pit stops.
If departing from Johor Bahru your backside usually will split by the time you reach Changlun, Kedah.
