She does not know who u are or maybe she knows and does not want to talk to you, so she send such SMS. 2. It could be 1 of her KC victim (actually customer who is a Vietnamese) replying that, so more of just like a jealous bf who she does not give too much thought about. 3. It could be her friend/elder sister... trying to play games.. So the right thing to do is to just play along!
