My Vietnamese wife's sister will like to find and marry a Singaporean man. As her brother-in-law, we are trying my best to help her. Let me say something about her. Her name is Dung, 27 years old, born in 1983 in Hanoi but is currently living with her family and working in Ho Chi Minh city for nearly 10 years. She know little English and does not know Mandarin at all. Any guys who are interested need to meet the conditions as stated below.

1) Born from 1977 to 1983.
2) Have a stable job. What job are you holding? Blue-collar job is not accepted. No offence intended.
3) Current marital status must be single and never married before.
4) Preferably non-smoker guy.

Although her religion is Buddhist, she is open to Catholic faith. Protestant religion is no no.

6) Willing to learn some basic Vietnamese to communicate with her. She is willing to learn English. Is this hard? She mentioned that she is more than willing to learn advanced English for communication. Currently, her level of English is basic.

7) No toying with her, two-timing her and wasting her time. What do you guys think if any woman will toy and two-time him?

I forgot to mention that she is not WL or FL at all. She is a decent woman. Also, she came to Singapore only 1 time to visit my wife and my kid for a few days. Oh, her height is 1.54m and weighs 43kg.

I think these conditions are not unreasonable. Moreover, my sister-in-law did not even request for the guy to be very handsome as a condition.
